The phone upgrade system in 2001 had to cater for our growing needs as well as give longevity with the technology used. The NEC Xen system has done just that with 75 current extensions and room to extend to 120. The campus is spread over 12 building blocks and it is imperative for the college to communicate quickly internally. The paging mode allows communication throughout the College, This is important for any emergency situation and was recently used again in our fire and lock down drills.
